I have photographed some of the most beautiful, strong, devoted, and caring mothers. I have loved watching them exist in moments with the lives that they brought into this crazy world. The joy that lives in these images will surely grow with importance over time. Years from now these children will see how blissfully happy their mother was in their presence.

Many of these mothers, I didn’t know before photographing them, but I do know that nothing changes a woman like the day she becomes a mother. Here are the best versions of some of the extraordinary ladies I have been blessed to work with.
