Fun fact: I don’t share even 1/4 of what I shoot. I blog as often as possible – aiming for once a week – and some clients prefer to not have their images see the light of day (which I totally respect). So you’re not seeing a HUGE portion of the final images that leave my little one woman studio. Thats a TON of FUN, SWEET, HILARIOUS, FREAKING BEAUTIFUL moments that circle aroung one thing: family.
In 2017 – my busiest year, start to finish, I was blessed to photograph the best. It was filled with repeat clients, referrals from repeat clients, and new faces. I feel so lucky to know you all.
You let me into your homes and your love… so the images, the end results, are yours. They are all yours and they are for the years to come.
2018 will bring some changes that build on all the good that came from my last 3-4 years in the “business” of family photography. I’m cleaning things up and making this easier on clients (specifically my fellow mamas who don’t have time to think about prints, albums, and frames, but still want to see and hold their family love). I may take fewer sessions in the busier months so that I can step up service AFTER we shoot. It will all shake out and be just what WE need it to be. The one thing that will NOT change in the new year is my flexible, authentic approach to helping Pittsburgh families see and hold on to what means so much to them – their growing families.
2017, thank you. You were good and challenging and I love you for that.
