Their home is filled with love. Four sweet girls, each with their own big personalities. Four best friends, mama, daddy, and their pup. It’s a happy home and my absolute honor to document.
If you’ve followed the evolution of my work for any amount of time, you’ve heard me say before how much I love to shoot in home. I urge parents to do this at least once while their little ones are still little. It’s beautiful and real and easy. It’s where your everyday happens and that always photographs beautifully. It’s not perfect and that makes it so perfect.
How can you not want to look back on a time in your family life and remember what four girls sharing lollipop cheers on the bedroom floor looked like. When the girls are grown and bridesmaids in each others weddings, won’t they all look back at their spare room dance parties and laugh? It’s the good stuff. Oh so really good stuff!
So, is every photo from an in-home session one that should take up a huge space on a wall — nope. But I can promise that they will take up so much room on your hearts over the years!
This incredible and beautiful family… they let me in and watching them together was something special.
